Books I might have read

I noticed, the other year, that I'd been reading a little bit. So, I thought I'd make a quick count and see how many words I'd read, and perhaps keep some sort of log.

Numbers for previous years can be found for 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. Results were 160/21.5m, 119/14m, and 119/10.4m, roughly, where books are "any sort of reading matter I could be bothered to log" and the number of words is based on, well, where I kept track of them.

I suspect that being made admin of the CWM forum might have something to do with it - I spend a fair bit of time keeping track of all the threads on the forum, so... Also, I've had a few other tasks running on in the background - a certain amount of coding that happens, etc. And, of course, there's always work to soak up time. And, finally, and most importantly, there's family life. Reading gets to be somewhere way down the bottom.

Total: 18 books, or parts thereof, roughly 1 million words.
